Johnathan Ford serves as Founder and Managing Member. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology and a Master of Science in Information Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. With over 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience—including his current role as IT Help Desk Manager at Lutheran Services Carolinas—he brings extensive expertise in help desk operations, ITIL-based service management, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration, endpoint management, and team leadership.

In addition to his corporate experience, Johnathan has dedicated more than a decade to volunteering in the media ministry at his home church, where he currently serves as Department Head. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a pivotal role in leading the church’s digital transformation, implementing a comprehensive overhaul of media infrastructure and enabling the seamless delivery of virtual worship services through social media platforms.

Johnathan also serves as an IT Advisory Board Member at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where he contributes to shaping curriculum development and supporting the advancement of future IT professionals.
